We stand behind the quality of our products. Every bidet purchased from our website includes a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering:

✔ Manufacturing defects

✔ Faulty parts

✔ Leaks not caused by installation error

✔ Mechanical malfunctions under normal use

If your product experiences a covered issue within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from incorrect or improper installation, including installation by unqualified personnel.

  • Normal wear and tear or the natural aging of materials over time.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized service provider.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or fading that does not affect the product’s functionality.
  • Damage caused by water pressure, temperature, or other conditions exceeding the product’s recommended specifications.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or other acts of God.
  • Damage resulting from use of incompatible cleaning agents, chemicals, or abrasive materials.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product’s care, maintenance, or operating instructions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand/resold products.
  • Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of property.

💵 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following fair conditions:

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds for Unused, Uninstalled Items

To protect customer hygiene and product quality, items must be:

  1. Unused
  2. Uninstalled
  3. In original packaging
  4. Including all parts, accessories, and manuals
  5. Once a bidet has been installed or shows signs of use, it cannot be refunded for sanitary reasons.

🔄 Refund Process

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  5. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

To maintain product integrity, the following cannot be refunded:

  1. Used or installed bidets
  2. Items returned without original packaging
  3. Items past the 30-day window
  4. Clearance or final sale items
  5. Shipping costs for preference-based returns
