Rinse & Rearpeat Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for products purchased directly from Rinse & Rearpeat. To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and materials.

  • Not be a product explicitly marked as “final sale” or custom order.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Used or installed products.

  • Products purchased through third-party resellers.

  • Items marked as final sale or custom orders.

  • Shipping and handling fees (except in cases of defective or damaged items).

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact [your email/contact info] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product is received defective or damaged, please notify us immediately. We may request photos or other evidence. Rinse & Rearpeat will, at its discretion, issue a replacement product or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Rinse & Rearpeat reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet eligibility requirements.

  • Refunds do not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, installation costs, damage to property, or lost time.

  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
