Limited 1-Year Warranty

Rinse & Rearpeat warrants that your bidet attachment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit

  • Issue a replacement part

  • Provide a refund (if replacement is not available)

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal component failure under normal use

  • Cracks or breakage not caused by installation damage or misuse

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Damage caused by over-tightening or incorrect plumbing connections

  • Use outside of residential household settings

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, mineral buildup)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification

  • Damage caused by use of non-compatible parts

  • Normal wear and tear

We strongly recommend following the installation instructions carefully to prevent leaks or damage.

Water Damage Disclaimer

Rinse & Rearpeat is not responsible for:

  • Property damage

  • Water damage

  • Plumbing issues

  • Improper installation consequences

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper installation and secure water connections before use.

If you are not comfortable installing the unit yourself, we recommend hiring a licensed professional.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, please contact:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of issue

  • Photos or short video of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rinse & Rearpeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Validity

This warranty applies only to products purchased from:

  • Official Rinse & Rearpeat website

  • Authorized online marketplaces

  • Approved retail partners

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
